Red face restore?

i accidently restored a computer with the wrong restore disk....i restored a e machines that uses win 98 with a restore disk for windows xp....i dont have the windows 98 disk but i created a 98 boot disk.....and cant figure it out....it gets to A:>

Hi sslong231

This is not good. Restore CD's usually over write the OS partition.
By running the XP restore CD the 98 OS no longer exists.
The only options you have now is to obtain the original 98 restore CD.
You may be able to order one from E-machine.
The other option is to use a retail version of 98 or XP and hope you can get all the
drivers for the motherboard and the other hardware.
