reformat and reload windows me

i am having trouble on start up with message like kernnal32.dll (or similar ?) i think this might be from a virus. i would like to know how to wipe my whole computer and re install it(i also want to do this to clean everything off and start new), i have got my recovery and resrtore disk, but need to know how to do it step by step (im a computer dunce) and if there is a virus could it be in dos and if so how can it be fixed.

ang dapat mo gawin format mo un pc.. tama un.gumawa ka ng bootdisks
sa controlpanel at hanapin mo un makestartup disk dapat sa blank na floppy ha.pag tapus un ilagay mo un sa floppy disk at ireboot mo un pc.dapat lalabas un a:/ prop na to..at ityp mo format c:/s pagtapus ilagay mo na un cd winme e prop mo ulit sa e:/iyp mo setup..sintidi comon ma lang ang iba....thx
