dll,regdata,dll file missing

when i start my computer this box appears twice before the finish of setting up what harm is this causing and how do you fix it

Could you please next time you get this error/box please write down everything it mentions including any numbers, phrases etc.

Also, if you have just installed any new software around the time of this starting pls let us know....
