Hi
I have a desktop pc running Windows ME, and have just purchased a Lindy USB Infra-red adapter, for use with my Samsung mobile phone.
After a struggle I finally managed to get the drivers etc installed, and everything seemed to be fine.
However, now when I put my mobile phone near the adapter, the ada[pter picks up the transmission from the phone (and displays the message that the phoen is in range), however it doesnt seem to be able to send any messages back to the phone.
Periodically the 2 way communication flashes on, but then goes straight away, and the computer locks up. When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL, i see the following in the list of programs:
IRFTP [not responding]
I know this is a bit vague, but any ideas??
