From Start to TCARS

I want to change the start buttons letters from "Start" to "TCARS" (yes I'm a Star Trek fan)... I think I used TweakUI in Win95 and Win98 SE to change it before... but I don't want to install it due to MiSHY. Nothing bad about you MiSHY... its what you told me about the resourses a while back. I'll use it if I get desperate enough. Since I've always used another program to do the Tweaking for me... I'm not sure how to do it myself. I've got X-Setup if that helps.
