I have a few ideas.

1.) Under $50 at WalMart. Buy a new one.

2.) Buy a DVD instead.

I'd have to agree with Zip, just get a new one and save yourself the headache. I bought a really nice Samsung for $35 back in November that has more RCA in/out than even I know what to do with. I currently use those jacks to handle my TV, DVD, Stereo, PS2, Computer, and Gamecube, and I still have multiple in/outs left.
