I tried to open a game when my computer went black and when i looked closly i could see thing lines like a old tv and than when i went to restart it went right back to it so i cant get into windows without using safemode

Since you can get into SAFE MODE, right click on "My Computer" then go to Properties, then to Hardware Button then to Device Manager.
Click the + sign next to Graphics, highlight the entry (right click) and go to uninstall. Say YES.
Now reboot, it should reinstall your video driver.

OK, i'd pursue either removing the game (with control panel add/remove programs) and then removing things from the start menu one at a timein an effort to pin down what was causing the problem. It takes awhile, been working on one computer for 5 days now, about 8 hours a day. I almost got it. Good luck.

Do you think it's the graphics adapter since its not even in the device manager list
