I am using Windows ME. Re: Energy Savings Monitor, Settings, minutes. This works intermittently. I cannot dermine what disables my setting. Is there a way to lock the setting so no other program can affect it? It isn't bothersome enough to test every program.

Microsoft has put all kinds of warnings about not using any of there power manager programs they just don't work right and could even lead up to windows locking up.
you can go to Microsoft knowledge base and research it there.
