I recently installed Links LS golf game and The Sims, but when I attempt to play them my screen is unreadable. I have tried all of the troubleshooters on my computer to no avail. Please, can someone give me a quick fix to this problem?

Check the BIOS settings that pallet snoop is disabled. ÿ

If you upgraded to WinME you will probably need to reinstall the video drivers. Check the monitor driver as well.

Check you have the latest version of Direct X. If the problem persists, run the Direct X troubleshooter/diagnostics.
