I have a wireless network with XP home as a base station with a printer connected and Me at a workstation and it can't find the printer.To have Me find it I went to it's Add Printer Wizard. In the "How is this Printer Connected to your Computer" dialog box I selected the Network button then I went to the next dialog box and it wants to know the "Network Path or queue name". I don't have any idea what to type in there. What should I type to have the printer work with Me?
Thanks, Jim

I'm not sure about xp, but in win2k you have to share the printer, then add the correct drivers for the os that will be using the printer, ( in your case, that would be me).

You will need to share the printer before you will see it from another machine.
The network path goes like this....
//servername/sharename
The servername is the name given to the Winxp machine. If you're not sure what it is, right click "my computer">>computer name tab.
The sharename is the name you give the printer in the "share as" dialogue box.
