Suggestions re: Posts
1). Include sufficient information in your post regarding your problem so that we have some hope of solving your problem - "My computer doesn't work" - doesn't give us anything to work with so we have to post back and ask for more information. This results in delays in your getting the help you need.
2). It is always a good idea to include a decent description of your computer in your post - especially if you think that the configuration you are using may be a factor in the problem you are experiencing. I suggest that your post include at least the following:
- Manufacturer if known
- CPU Type and speed
- Amount of RAM
- Hard Disk size and free space available
- Modem type and speed
2b). If you have made hardware or software changes in the time period immediately before the computer started giving you fits it is important that we know!!
