need help with explorer window

After a few tedious hours i am finally rid of all of the all the trojan horses and adware that were on my computer.....i only have one more problem, everytime my computer starts up internet explorer opens up to my C:\WINNT\System32 folder.....how do i stop this from happening?? thanks

might still be something nasty there - download, install in its own directory, run and post the log from hijackthis (http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10227352.html?tag=lst-0-1) and someone will look at it to make sure there are no problems there.
