Another WinME type os on the horizon

Looks like microsoft is planning another released called xp reload (http://news.com.com/2100-1016-5165966.html?tag=nefd_hed). For those who plan to upgrade to it, I hope it is not another disaster like WinME was.

Is there a possibility it won't be a diaster? I heard that they're going to use multiple desktops - what I've been able to do with Linux for a long time now. If they patent it, I'm going to gather all my friends to kick them.

It's too early to speculate on what I'll do if they decide to release XP "Reloaded." But based on the name, I wonder if that would then be followed by XP "Revolutions." Maybe they could make it kind of like Sims type OS where you have to keep the OS happy at all times otherwise it will revolt and move things around, randomly reboot, deny you access and delete files. O wait, they already made that version and called it ME.
