Aim History Folder

I can't get my History folder for AIM (AOL Instant Messaging) to open!?!
All the chat's list, you can access the folder but whe you open it, everything is blank. Also C:Prog File... comes up on the bottom task bar. I could swear it used to name the opened file. I recently upgraded to Microsoft 6.0 and I think I may have reset the factory settings. Can that have anything to do with it???

Thanx Tweeker. Yes Big-O was one of the first places I went. I am running 6.0., so that wasn't it. Thanx again, let me know if you think of anything else!
