At times Microsoft Word becomes very sluggish. When I shut down to reboot, I get a message that the following program is running and can either be closed or I can wait: "DJStatusWnd." Can anyone provide any information concerning this?

DJStatusWnd sure about the spelling? Do you have a camera? Maybe HP?

I do not have a camera. I have an HP LaserJet 3330.

Type
Msconfig hit OK
Look at the Start Up Tab do you see:
DJStatusWnd, if so uncheck it, then reboot
