We have a Dell(new) system loaded with the default configuration of
software and recently started getting the following error:
When we turn on the machine, a error message comes up about a "Network
Error" "tuner has detected a network error... check the network and try
again"
Nothing fatal but bothersome nonetheless. Upon calling Dell, they said
the best thing to do was to back up the entire system and format the
drive. Somehow I don't think this may be the problem, hence, I am here to
ask if anyone might have knowledge about such an error and its origins
and fixes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
