13.6Gb shrunk to 2.014Gb

My neighbor tried to repartition and format his hard drive, and after fdisk and partitioning only has 2014mb shown in the partition. I suspect his drive had an overlay and he booted directly to a boot floppy without going through the proper procedure for booting to a drive with an overlay.

Is there a way to recover the full 13.6Gb? It's a Fujitsu MPE 3136AT drive.

Help will be appreciated.
