I`ve accidently opened an email which contained a worm called SomeFool.Gen-1 any ideas on how to get rid of it.

After doing a virus scan, the result was FileC:\WINDOWS\winlogon.exe is infected with Win32.HLLM.Netsky.based and possible Spyware Cookie
any ideas?
