driver for pcmia in dos

hallo

I have problem. I have deleted evrything on my laptop(it has en eksternal CD-rom drive that is connted to pcmia plug). I cannot make it read the win98 cd-rom because the cd-rom drive does not work.
I need a boot disket that makes the pcmia plug work(in dos) or a dos driver for the pcmia plug. it is a compaq armada 7730 mt

You missed posting the one piece of data that's needed to find the driver - make & model of the CD Drive. Go to the manufacturer's web site, you should be able to find what you need and probably even the instructions of how to include the driver into your boot or startup disk.
