View Full Version : How to uninstall Office XP

Hey all. I have a friend who's trying to uninstall Office XP from a computer tho the uninstall doesn't appear in the add/remove feature. Is there any other way to do this?
Also, is it ok to be running Office 2000 on a Windows 98 computer? Thanks all.

It's not in add/remove? Look for an unistaller in the program folder. I don't use Office so I don't know if there is an unistaller for it or not. Otherwise you can try to reinstall over the top of it just to get the entry in add/remove programs and then unistall that way.
It is perfectly fine to run Office 2K on a Win98 machine.

if you inset the install CD then you should get an option to remove components
