can"t delete search words with TweakUI

Installed the tweakUI program in the control panel, and click the paranoia tab, and put a tick in the "clear find files history login". i then clicked "clear selected items now". i checked and the search words in the "find files or folders" and in the "text" were still there. i rebooted the computer and still no results. are there any special set-up things that need to be done. Thanks

In case you're still waiting in the wings I have the same problem on my computer but haven't found it all that often with others... to get round I use Xteq X-Setup which you can get from [HERE] (http://www.xteq.com/products/) do take care with what you tweak though as this wee prog is TweakUI on steroids :eek:
