Outlook 2003 Accounts
I have been fighting this issue for days and hopefully someone else has run into this problem.
The company I am working for is running Windows XP home edition with Outlook 2003. I recently took over another persons position and their computer. They do not have an exchange server and each computer is set up to receive POP mail into Outlook. The problem I am having is that when I put my email information in Outlook as a new account and delete the old user, I can't get my mail. As soon as I add the old user account back in, my mail starts arriving again. I am baffled and can't figure out why this is happening. Any suggestions?? Why can't I delete the old user??
