incredimail
hi, i need a little help with incredimail. when i shut my computer down and turn it back on the messages in my inbox in incredimail are gone and they arnt in the deleted folder. any ideas to the problem?

Me too!!! I installed a new program called adsgone and it said to restart which I did. IMAPP came up and it did its thing but said it was not responding which it has done hundreds of times, so I clicked end now. I restared the computer and when I brought incredimail back again, my entire inbox was empty. Everything!!! I checked the deleted items and the recycle bin. I am not very computer literate so at this point my lost. Can someone help me find these files? Cindy in michigan
