Missing BULKUSB.sys and ca500.sys

I gouss the title pretty much says it all. I can't open Arcsoft ProtoStudio(the program I use for uploading pics from my camera). It says that those two.sys files are missing. This problem occoured after I deleted a trojan a couple days ago. I tried googling it, with no usable results.

Of course. I'm no idiot. That was the first thing I did. Didn't help.

I'm not a psychic! You did not say that you had re-installed the software.

You're right. But you do know that I'm experienced with computers as well, and reinstall is the first thing someone whould try.
Anyway, does anyone have any tips, or download links?

After seeing your post here, my first responce would have been the same as Degsy's, to suggest re-installing the program.

Next time you post asking anything, it may pay to let folks know what you've done to try solving the problem yourself, then you won't have to post such sarcastic comments!!

Yeah, but sometimes little details aren't at the top of one's mind. He probably also found a few docs on it and did some other stuff, but didn't post that.

Now, back to solving his problem.. MainFrame, can you set your camera to act as a disk rather than a device? That might temporarily solve your problem, and you might even prefer that.

Actually I think you do need to reinstall your software but not the bit I think you reinstalled. You may have reinstalled the PhotoStudio application but did you uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers?
These *.sys files are driver files.
