How can change a music file type from Windows media Audio File to a wav or mp3 file type? I know I can change it on Windows media player on the copy music tab in the options window, but that seems to be only when you are copying to a CD. I want to change the file on my hard drive or copy it as a new file on my hard drive.
Thanks

Checkout dBPowerAmp
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/
You'll be prompted to download the appropriate plug-ins
or you can get them here

If you want to convert mp3 to wav just use your winamp player:
http://www.audiotoolsdirect.com/winamp.shtml
If you want to to do different conversions use CDex:

Thanks degsy!
I downloaded dBPowerAmp. I didn't see the wma file as an option to covert, then I followed your other link and downloaded the plug-ins.
Everything is good now.
Thanks again
