Best PC Web Cam under $100

I am trying to equip two PCs with web cams. Can someone point me to a good 30fps (via broadband), 640x480, firewire web cam?

General chat with family and friends, but I do want the video to be fairly nice and I don't want the choppy look so many cheap cameras offer.

IMO, logitech has the best webcams. I have the pro 4000 model. As far as the choppiness, it really depends upon the computer resources of the computer. See this link for logitech cameras.

Whoa Dan, it said on their web site that your camera is USB. Isn't that pretty slow? I was told to steer clear of USB unless it was USB 2 and to forget about USB all together and just go with firewire.

Thoughts?

Rick

I have no problems with it. It is not choppy or anything. And I have a firewall.

I'm using a Chicony Twinclecam. That's 15 euro, bought in germany. Quite cheap, and good quality.
