How to save Real Player Video .ram files

I want to know if there is any freeware software that can capture Real Player Video/Audio rm files & can store it in to the HDD. Most of these video files can only be played online. How can these be saved by help of some software so they can be played and viewed later on.

If they are streaming media then you can't save them per se, what you need to do is capture the stream.

Never experimented with capturing streaming media, but a quick google found many results.
