After downloading I can't get a picture but sound is ok. properties say it is a MPEG layer-3 decoder. Any help please

IS this the same problem Mr Humphries? http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32284 If it is follow those instructions. It is more helpful if we have only one thread per issue... I get confused easily. ;)

I attain many movie's of random format and quality some how, and I find that the best program to watch them is BS player and video and sound problems are fixed with the codecs I use.
The KL Codec pack and XVID codecs (http://web.unbc.ca/~poplaws/cpudiagnostic.html) can be downloaded here BS player is included in the KL Codec pack.
For those who are blind Ctrl+A reveals all.
