How do I remove a Porn pop up off my hot mail.When opening inbox, a pop up appears every time.Have changed my hotmail address,but still happens.

try running a popup stopper like the free one from panicware.com. If that don't help post back.

Have tried panicware.com but did not work,still get popups.

If panicware did not stop your popups then try shutting down your windows messenger - depending upon your operating system. Go here (http://www.itc.virginia.edu/desktop/docs/messagepopup/) for the steps.
Also you need to download, install in own folder, run and post the log from hijackthis (http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10227352.html?tag=lst-0-1) and someone will look at it.
