Printing Labels

Am trying to print labels and they are coming out misaligned.
Another person at work can copy and paste my text to her labels and they print fine. Our settings were identical for the printer.
Where am I going wrong?

what software are you using? What do you mean by misalign? With the info you gave my suggestion will be to ask the other person whose printing the labels with no problems.
