Software to Transfer Files

Hello,

I recently tried to get my XP network working, but I've given up, I'm ready to go back to 2000.

However, for the time being, is there any software that I can use to connect to the other computer on the network so I can transfer my files back to this computer?

If both your computers have a modem you can use Hyperterminal.

You can use a laplink serial cable (also called null modem) with Hyperterminal too.

But how about telling us about your network quest?
