RAID help!!
Hello, I own a PC with an Adaptec ATA 100 1200a RAID controller. Connected to the controller card are four 80 gig WD HD's set using level 0. My win XP system crashed; this may be because of a couple of blackouts in the house. The error that I receive is, Windows\system32\config\system; system will not start. When trying to troubleshoot, I accidentally deleted the Array, i did not format. I have plenty of problems beside this ex:PC does not recognize HD's or errors while trying to install drivers for the controller; my guess is that the controller is fryed. The most important thing right now is to recover the .WAV files on the HD's..........Can this be done. Thank you in advance.

The biggest danger in running RAID-0 is not being able to recover data after a problem. That said, if the problem is the controller as you suspect you may be able to replace it with a new one of the same make and model and have access to your data. If any data was corrupted, or the issue is with one of the drives it's pretty much gone.
