Installed ME, all is fine except for slow, skipping audio on music cd's

Gonna need some more information. Was the ME install an upgrade or clean? What sound card is installed? WinME doesn't like some hardware. Do you have the latest drivers for your sound card? Is it only CDs skipping or is other audio files on your system also affected?
The more information, the better. :)
