Hey ,
whenever i try and send and sometimes whne i try and recieve a file on msn, aim, mirc or anything i get disconeected from the internet, does anyone know why?

Are you using a firewall that may be blocking the file sending port?

i dont think so. I have norton system works 03 and ad aware 6, cud they be doing it?
