I use Windows 2000 Professional. And i have a Magic 3D vodoo 2 card that doesn´t behave like it should! I have tried drivers from www.3dfx.com (http://www.3dfx.com) www.glsetup.com, (http://www.glsetup.com,) drivershq.com, driverguide.com, magic-3d.com, and zdnet.com update! But nowhere i look i get the right drivers. I have tried em all, but the thing is this. In system it says accelerator card, but i have no controll applet, and i can not use the accelerator when i try direcX. And yes, i run it on my win98 system perfectly. And i have tried Direc X 7 and 8.0... Can you help me, with either drives or a good explenation on why this problem occur.

paras,

I too use Win2kPro and have a Voodoo2. I use the 3dfx Voodoo 2 Beta drivers from their site.

I didn't get a control panel for the voodoo like ya do on Win98 either - probably I am guessing because the drivers are only beta (there havent been any official Win2k voodoo2 drivers released as far as I know).

So when you play games you have to play them in software mode ? Or does OpenGL work ?
