My sister has Windows 2000 and when she's on the internet a disconnect window pops up every ten minuites......I know in Windows 98 how to correct that problem,....but I don't know in 2000 please help us;

Try this...
Click Start/Settings/Network and Dial Up Connections
Then rightclick your DUN connection and click on Properties.
Then click on the OPTIONS tab and make sure you only have ticks in the top 2 boxes.
