Help - Please !

Win98 SE currently boots to wallpaper & then halts - no icons on the desktop or start menu/button etc.

Think its a registry thing ??

Any help would be appreciated - thanks

What makes you think it is a Registry Problem?
Are there any error messages?

How long has this been happening?
