More Problems

Hello,

Using win98Se here,for months now I've been seeing many sites require macromedia flash to operate properly,until a few minutes ago ,I always chose NO,and didnt download it.

Like a fool I said yes last time,and now any page I go to that uses the program doesnt work at all,I get a message saying that explorer must close down,and I'm unable to view any pages using the program.also microsoft is requesting an error report which they got.

I went to the macromedia webpage an attempted to download the program,only to get the same stupid message.

Anyone have any idea what gives?

I'd say it might be time for a 'SCANREG /RESTORE' to undo the install changes, then try to figure out what went wrong.

Heh,I repartitioned,reformatted,reinstalled windows 98se,reinstalled all my hardware,software,updated drivers,etc.

Runs fine now,no I wont be using Maromedia flash anytime soon :)


I had alot of programs that couldnt be uninstalled before ,also my A drive didnt work right before,and thats fine too.
