I am having some serious problems with my keyboard in Windows 2000. All of a sudden it won't work at all. Under "System Information," it lists the keyboard under "Problem Devices". The error code is 24, which is a Device PNP Device Error Code. I know the connection is good because at startup, Num Lock, Caps Lock, and Scroll Lock all flash little green lights on the keyboard. This all started when I un-installed WordPerfect and installed Microsoft Office 2000. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks.

Have you tried removing your keyboard from device manager and then re-booting and letting Win2k re-detect your keyboard? I really dont think that it has anything to do with your un-install and installation.
