Windows 2000 Professional Compatability

I am contemplating the purchase of a new computer which comes with Windows 2K Pro.
I am concerned about compatablity with both hardware and software.
I have the following hardware:
HP ScanJet 5200C (USB)
HP DeskJet 693C (Parallel)
Sony SuperStation Tape Backup (Parallel)
Zoom 56k modem (Ext)
EZCam Video Camera (USB)
Palm HotSync Cradle (Serial)

Will I have to obtain new drivers for any or all of these peripherals?

I have the following critical software which runs fine under Windows 98:
Quicken 2000
Lotus 1-2-3 Release 4 for Windows

Will I have to upgrade these or any other software that runs under Windows 98?

I think you will be fine with the exception of the tape backup. and I could be wrong, but in any case try some of the driver sites (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&q=hardware+drivers) listed here.
