WMV clips

Hi all,

I would appreciate some help with a problem I have had with my pC for a long time now.

I am able to view exe, mov, mpeg and some avi movie clips but am unable to view wmv clips. Sometimes I just get the sound but no picture.

After I download the clip I get the message "The service profile is damaged. Re-install the service profile.

Any ideas?
