Wasnt sure where to post this, but am fed up with this computer and looking for info on what type of new one to get. I bought this from a local company 3 years ago and am on my 4th hard drive replacement. They warranty it for a year every time so have been stuck with it as doesnt cost me when I take it in, but what the heck is going on here that I have to have harddrives replaced so often? I have nothing extra on it, no cd writers, no mikes nothing. Defrag regularily blah blah blah. Help and advise????

Hello. What size is the drive that you are always replacing and who makes the hard drive? Any other info on your system would help as well! :blush:

Who knows what they have been putting in now. Originally it was put together by them,like its not a whole system from Hp or whatever. I have 192.0 mb of ram, AMD Duron processor and pentium hard drive. Does this sound right? I was thinking of a brand name system but not sure which is the best right now. Sorry not more knowledgeble about all this.
