dll file is missing
On startup I get the error message UDConn.dll file is missing. Where can I find it and what is it for? Thank you.

Hi Jenn and welcome to CTH. Something funny about that one ?
Might I suggest you do the following.
Could you download HJT HijackThis Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. Launch Hijack This, then press Scan, and press Save Log

This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Most things are harmless and needed so don't make any changes.
post a log here please.

ok Jenn, Please download and run the following programs Spybot

AdAwarecheck for updates on both and let them fix what they find.

Can see the little bugger in there, lets see if 1 of these programs will clean it out a couple other things will get cleaned in the process.
reboot your computer and post back a fresh HJT log when your done.

I found and deleted the sysTray.exe but the RunAsIcon utilidadesus was not found. I did find it in add/remove programs but couldn't remove it. Also on restart we have 18 backup-20040 in my documents.

After you move HJT into it's own folder restart it and put a check mark next to the following and click fix. make sure you close all open windows please.
