I want to know that is there any Substitute for Corel Draw in LInux

I want to know that is there any Substitute for Corel Draw in LInux
that can deal with .cdr files and may have such flexibility.
I had motivated an Ad agency that works on windows paltform to
transfer its whole infra. to linux. But now i had problem that thier
whole work is based on Photoshop, Pagemaker & Corel Draw and they send
their files to News papers where they use same software. Now what i want is
some sort of sw that can work as flexibly as these ones and the last
output must be in those formats which can be dealt in news agencies
office .I think that now you had understood my problem.
Please help me out of this problem.i had already checked
SODIPODI & IMPRESS but they works in .tk& .tk2 format .

Yup, as kjbunete said, GIMP is likely to be the best replacement. You might score similar file support after you scour the web for GIMP plugins.
