Windows ME : Error Loading Windows

When I start my HpPavilion with WindowsME, i get past the screen with the WindowsME logo and then I get an error.

ERROR LOADING EXPLORER.EXE
PLEASE REINSTALL WINDOWS

When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del before this error shows up. It shows:

Nprotect
AVGserv9
MSgsrv32 [NOT RESPONDING]
Mmkeybd

....
When I hit ok in the error box in just shuts down my computer.
What should I do Please Help Me!?

Sounds like it could be a spyware problem,


Download HJT HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php) Create a folderon the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. Launch Hijack This, then press Scan, and press Save Log

This will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
Most things are harmless and needed so don't make any changes.

:dizzy: on the computer I have SpyBot S&D, Norton Suite, AVG Anti - Virus, Adaware, HiJackThis, CWShredder, SpywareBlaster, ZoneAlarm, Stinger, and its not spyware. I cannot get onto windows to run any programs cause right before I get to the part where I enter my password to log onto my network I get the ERROR and then when I click OK the only thing I can do my computer shutsdown.
