Hello! My computer has too many partitions and thus keeps running low on disk space. So, everyday it has to clean up files. This last time I think it somehow booted an important file -- dialer.cnt. A friend gave me a replacement file on a floppy but it was for Windows '98. I can use the browser so the modem is obviously working, but I can't access Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express; one says 'operation failed' and OE says 'cannot load msoe.dll' file. I checked and I do have the .dll file in the system.
Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?? Thanks! |

Are you using Windows ME? Or I should say what OS are you using? Sounds like it is not win98?
