re: windows 2000 users

Hi there

I have just installed win2k pro and am getting a bit confused. When I put things on the desktop or install things they seem to vary as to wher they are. Sometimes they appear in the directory all user sometimes in the directory Richard Jones. How can I make everything be in just the one? My computer is not on a network so I feel I dont really need this all users networking stuff that comes with win2k.

Any help or advice on theis subject is appreciated

Assuming you are the Administrator, remove all user profiles except your own.

Thanks for the reply. Do I just highlight them and delete them. Which one do I keep. I have 2 namly AllUsers and RichardJones.
