What I do is :
1. login localy to my machine (win 2000 profesional), 'n then I installed ICQ & MSN messenger.
2. run the application, it succesfully
3. logout, then login with Users Group (restricted user; can't install or change system )
4. run both application, it failed. MSN messenger exit without any error message. ICQ display error message "...You don't have Administrator or Power Users priveleges ..."
How to set it up ? I want my Users Group account can run both of them.
I've change security properties on ICQ & MSN folder : checklist Full control for Users Group. But my problem not yet solved , help me ! :(
