Hi, are all the service packs for Windows & Office installed?
What else is running (use Task manager) at the time of the crash?

Go here and run an online virus scan on your computer to verify that this isn't virus related.
I would also go here and download and install Ad-aware. Once you have installed Ad-aware, have it run a complete system scan to remove all spyware from your computer. You'd be surprised how badly those small little apps can wreak havoc on a system. [ 28 May 2002: Message edited by: Preacher ]
