Not able to access my CDRrom where all my info that I need is on a cdw disc. [Archive]

This is my log which I saved via hijackthis. Please tell me what to do next?? Not able to access my CDRrom where all my info that I need is on a cdw disc. I reinstalled the Roxio software then I upgraded the software thru Roxio then it worked yesterday but error again today. This problem has happened many times before. Thanks for your help, hickory

Welcome to CTH hickory. Well you do have some spyware onboard but I'm would doubt that its causing the problem with your CD Rom access.

Before we start, please create a dedicated folder for Hijack This on on your drive and copy it across. If you do not, you will end up with backups scattered all over your Desktop.

Close IE and all open windows and run Hijack This again. Check the below entries and click on Fix Checked.
